It is with sadness that we bid farewell to Elena Zavala, our parish Religious Education Director. After 18 years as catechist, then as the Coordinator of the Spanish Faith Formation Program and finally as Director of the entire English and Spanish Programs of Pre‐K through 8th grade; we bid farewell to Elena for a job well done! Elena wants to focus more time, energy and involvement with her young children in their important formative years. As a graduate of the Franciscan School of Theology, Elena formed a curriculum based on solid theological principles and Franciscan spirituality. She will be sorely missed! Everyone is invited to a special reception in her honor next Sunday morning after the 10:00 a.m. and Noon Masses.
