Keeping the Season of Advent for Tuesday, December 20
Consider the “O” antiphon reference to Jesus as the key of David as the key to unlock our heavenly home. Today’s Gospel reveals how Mary’s words, “May it be done to me according to your word,” gave her a role in salvation history. Before going to bed, read aloud the story of the annunciation from Luke as a way to joyfully anticipate Christmas.
Today’s readings: Isaiah 7:10–14; Psalm 24:1–2, 3–4ab, 5–6; Luke 1:26–38.

Medite en la referencia de la antífona “Oh” a Jesús como Llave de David, llave que abre nuestro hogar celestial.
