While we’re all being asked to stay-at-home to stay healthy we can sometimes feel disconnected from our friends and community. This can lead to feeling isolated and depressed. One way to avoid this is to take the time every day to reach out to at least one friend or family member. Think of how happy an old friend would feel to hear from you, or your long lost cousin on the East Coast. Reaching out to friends or family who live alone or are elderly is especially important. Let’s take care of each other during this pandemic in safe ways.
