1. This weekend began our celebration of the Season of Creation. This season will continue until October 4th, St. Francis’ Feast Day. We ask you to join in prayer for the care of all creation. Click here to signup for reflections (From the Pastor’s Desk) and other resources.
2. Saturday Reconciliation will be from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, the 12th. Appointments can also be made by email or phone. The full hour resumes on the 19th.
3. Next weekend we will have a special collection for the Church in the Holy Land. This collection normally happens on Good Friday but was moved due to COVID-19. Click here to donate online. Thank you for your generosity.
4. Join our Livestream this coming Friday evening, September 11th at 7:30 p.m. for a night of contemporary Praise and Worship with Fr. Sam and our Sunday 5 PM Choir. Click here for a link to the LIVE link on our parish YouTube Channel.
5. Our Annual Fiestas Patrias Celebration will be 3 weekends of Drive-Thru Food Sales. The first sale will be the weekend of September 13th and will be Tamales! Orders will be 6 for $10 and a dozen for $20. They can be bought and picked up on that weekend, or you can buy pre-sale tickets after Mass.
6. As you may have heard, State guidelines have allowed our county to return to indoor activities and worship. However, due to our numbers and to allow as many Mass attendees as possible, we will continue to have weekend Masses outdoors.
7. We are happy to welcome Fr. Alberto Villafan as our new Associate Pastor. Fr. Alberto is currently completing his time of isolation, in accordance with Franciscan guidelines, and will begin ministry next week.
