FAITH FORMATION REGISTRATION
OPEN NOW UNTIL JULY 31

Faith Formation registration for all grade levels and sacramental preparation (children, teens and adults) is OPEN NOW until the end of July during Parish Office Hours.

Announcing Extended Hours for Faith Formation Registrations in the Parish Office: Tuesdays: July 15, 22, 29 & Wednesdays July 16, 23, 30, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. & Saturdays: July 19 & 26, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Registrations will close on Thursday, July 31st. Please, do not delay registering for our programs.

Faith Formation should be completed at the Parish where you are actively attending or live closest to. Registration for Faith Formation at our Parish requires a family to be registered in the Parish. If we are your Parish, and if you are not currently registered , you may do so in the Parish Office or click here for online enrollment before enrolling in Faith Formation.

Birth Certificate (if not baptized)
Baptism Certificate
First Communion Certificate (w/ Baptism for
Confirmation)
Complete tuition or a $30 non-refundable tuition
deposit

All grade levels require a tuition. The $30 is non-refundable in the event a student leaves the program. Payments can be made throughout the year as long as they are completed before March 2026.
