Faith Formation
Faith Formation Registration for all grade levels and sacramental preparation (children, teens, and adults) begins on Wednesday, July 1st, 2026 and ends on Saturday, August 1st, 2026.
Where Do We Start?
Registration & Forms
Faith Formation should be completed at the Parish where you are actively attending or live closest to. Registration for Faith Formation at our Parish requires a family to be registered in the Parish. If we are your Parish and you are not currently registered, you may do so at the Parish Office or online before enrolling in Faith Formation.
Registration forms must be brought in person to the office for completion.
What Is Next?
2. Enroll in Person
From July 1st to August 1st, come to the Parish Office with forms printed and filled out during the day, Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon.
In the evening, come to the Parish Office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with forms printed and filled out.
(Please note: We will be closed on Saturday, July 4th, and close at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8th.)
What Do I Need to Bring?
3. Important Paperwork
- Is your child baptized? If NOT, please bring a Birth Certificate.
- If your child IS baptized, please bring their Baptism Certificate.
- For the Confirmation programs, please bring your child’s Baptism and First Communion Certificate
Complete tuition is expected at the time of enrollment. If full tuition cannot be paid at the time of registration, half tuition is requested, with payments due before February 27, 2027.
Please note: Outstanding balances from the previous year will be collected before registration for the 2026-2027 year.

The following costs are expected for each program. If there are any changes, you will be notified at registration.
Confirmation & OCIT Year 1: $280
Confirmation & OCIT Year 2: $280
Confirmation Senior (Year 1 & 2): $350
2nd—8th Sacramental Year 1: $100
3rd –8th Sacramental Year 2: $120
Faith Formation (No sacraments) 1st—4th: $100
Faith Formation (No sacraments) 5th to 8th: $50
