Young Adult Ministry Food Sale: This Saturday after 4 p.m. Mass and on Sunday after 8 a.m., 10 a.m., and 12 noon Masses, enjoy tacos, nachos, and fresh fruit.  This fundraiser will help our Young Adults go to World Youth Day.

Our Parish Knights of Columbus are hosting a Blood Drive on Sunday, September 20th. Sign-ups are available outside Mass. Blood donations give you the chance to receive tickets to SeaWorld and save lives.

The book Sine Proprio: The Franciscan Art of Living is available at the Welcome Table for a suggested donation of $5.00. This book is a compilation of reflections on the Admonitions of St. Francis, written by different friars on the occasion of this Year of St Francis. Fr. Lalo wrote the reflection for the first admonition.

Next Sunday, September 13th, bring your family, friends, and neighbors to celebrate Fiestas Patrias with traditional food, dance, and music from Latin America on the Parish Front Lawn between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Adoring the Sacred Heart of Jesus, a Spiritual Growth Group, will begin this Wednesday, September 9th, at 9:00 a.m. in the Parish Center, Room #119.

Unfortunately, despite our efforts to replace Fr. Joe immediately, the Franciscan administration has informed Fr. Lalo that they cannot assign a third priest to us until January or February. They have assured us that this friar will make a good team with Fr. Lalo and Fr. More and will fit in well with our intercultural parish. We understand the challenges this entails and share your desire for additional support. Please keep our parish and our priests in your prayers as we move forward with patience.
