Welcome to Eucharistic Ministers!
The Eucharistic Ministers at Mission San Luis Rey Parish prayerfully serve the community by distributing the Body and Blood of Christ during Eucharistic celebrations. This sacred ministry invites ministers to encounter the living Christ and to serve with humility, reverence, and love. By participating fully in the liturgy, ministers not only nourish others but also deepen their own relationship with God and their awareness of God’s unconditional love for all.
Rooted in the Franciscan spirit of humility and joyful service, Eucharistic Ministers offer themselves in love to nourish the Body of Christ, both at the altar and in the community. Through ongoing formation and reverent service, they become living signs of God’s mercy, embodying Christ’s hospitality and generosity at every celebration of the Eucharist.
