Welcome to Maintain Our Parish (M.O.P.) Ministry!
The Maintain Our Parish (M.O.P.) Ministry at Mission San Luis Rey Parish gathers stewards who share their faith by beautifying and maintaining the sacred grounds of the Mission and parish. Through monthly service days and special projects, members work together to repair, build, clean, and enhance the parish property, creating a welcoming and cared-for environment. It is a hands-on ministry that strengthens both the physical spaces and the sense of community within the parish. Monthly Workdays: Second Saturday of each month, from 8:00 a. m. to 12:00 noon.
Rooted in the Franciscan spirit of stewardship, humility, and love for creation, members of M.O.P. offer their talents and time to serve the community in tangible ways. Through collaborative work and shared faith, they continue the mission of caring for God’s house, building bonds of fraternity while nurturing the sacred beauty of the parish.
