- Next weekend, we will celebrate the Feast of St. Francis, beginning with the Annual Pet Blessing on Saturday, October 3rd, with drive-thru stations from 10 am to 1 pm on the Parish and Mission grounds. Please remember that blessings will happen from your vehicle only, and not to walk up to the stations.
- Then, we will celebrate St. Francis’ Feast Day at all the weekend Masses of October 4th, taking precedence over the 27th Sunday of Ordinary Time.
- Next weekend we will have a special collection for Peter’s Pence which allows us to partake in the charities of the Pope as Pastor of the universal Church. You may also donate online, click here for the link, and thank you for your generosity.
- The Diocese of San Diego is offering a forum on racial diversity: Understanding the Latino Experience. Because we have been blessed with a great number of Latinos in our parish, we encourage participation for deeper understanding and to strengthen our Parish Community. The first session is on Wednesday, September 30th at 6:30 p.m., please visit sdcatholic.org for more information.
