The internet will be very busy this Holy Week as churches around North County Livestream their services. Our website engineer recommends that our parishioners will have the best chance of viewing our Livestream liturgies if they OPEN the link below in advance and bookmark it so they can go directly to it on Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Vigil and Easter Sunday.
Go to this link and open it on your Chrome web browser on your desktop or tablet or phone.

You will see a picture announcing the latest service. Since you bookmarked the page, you don’t have to go to the parish website to activate the Livestream link. The link will be the same address for all our live streaming.
There is a musical prelude that begins 15 minutes before each service. This gives you time to click your bookmarked link and to look at controls at the bottom of the video window. If the web is very busy, you may see a circling arrow over the image. This is your device buffering the incoming stream. In that case, move your cursor to the bottom of the window and click there to open the video toolbar. Click the PLAY button again to restart the streaming. Alternately, if you lose connection, close the browser window and click your bookmarked link again.
Once you have a good connection, click the AUDIO symbol to UNMUTE the sound. You can also click the symbol at the far right of the toolbar to show the stream full screen.
If you miss a liturgy, here is the page where liturgy and concert videos are stored: https://sanluisreyparish.org/media/live-stream/mass-recordings/
Worship aids can also be found, as well as a video of Holy Hour for Adoration and recent concerts.
Again, please share information with other ministers and parishioners you know so they don’t face a bottleneck at the website this Holy Week!
Blessings,
